Sauteed Chicken breast with white wine, lemon, and capers, linguini aglio e olio

 

Linguini Sora Assunta

Sauteed scallops with linguini tossed with garlic, shallots, and spinach in a creamy                pomodoro sauce.

Grilled Salmon with tomatoes, avocado, red onions, olive oil, basil, and lemon over grilled asparagus
