Executive Chef Zack VanGaasbeek presents a wonderfully unique summer corn pizza as well as a palate pleasing pasta dish featuring the sweetest corn found in the Triangle. We are conveniently located at the North Hills exit 8 just north of the 440 Beltline in the heart of Mid-Town Raleigh. Our classically trained professional kitchen team creatively prepares a wide variety of incredibly delicious appetizers and entrees using farm fresh ingredients like our locally grown corn.

Wine and Italian fare go hand-in-hand with our outstanding corn dishes; Mia Francesca Trattoria offers these fine wine pairing suggestions.

To start any warm and breezy August night out, Mia Francesca Trattoria has three outstanding corn appetizers on our menu. The Mais Risotto features savory Arborio rice, fresh corn, and roasted bell peppers with lemon, garlic, and basil. The Mais Bruschetta offers crunchy garlic toast, sweet corn, fresh goat cheese, roasted bell peppers, crispy Guanciale, and arugula. Our Fried Corn is au natural locally grown corn with Parmigiano, espellette, and truffle oil.

After enjoying our tempting summer seasonals as farm to table appetizers, try our new Summer Corn Pizza with garden fresh summer corn, Applewood smoked bacon, wild mushrooms, garlic, and mozzarella. If you are in the mood for unique pasta, our Fettuccine con Mais features fresh fettuccine, local sweet corn, Prosciutto di Parma, mushrooms, cracked black pepper, and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano. With either summer dish, our guests enjoy the taste experience.

Staying with the theme of sweetness and our scrumptious desserts, we recommend our Torta Bacio, a chocolate hazelnut mousse with cocoa nibs and chocolate crunch. Triangle Restaurant Week at Mia Francesca Trattoria

Did you know that Mia Francesca is one of the participating restaurants during the exciting Triangle Restaurant Week (TRW)? We are right in the middle of this wonderful week- long celebration of culinary excellence and epicurean delight. With the weekend fast approaching, it is the perfect time to stop by and enjoy a delicious Northern Italian experience. The final day is Saturday January 25th.

During TRW, local participating eateries (like Mia Francesca) offer special three-course menu options and fixed pricing.  This is a great opportunity for everyone to indulge in the area’s finest cuisine!

During this special week, Mia Francesca Trattoria offers superb authentic Northern Italian cuisine that tastes so good you will insist you are vacationing in Italy.  Our 3-course lunch is only $15 and our 3-course dinner is only $30. Foodies around the Triangle and Wake County will simply be amazed at the ample and savory portions and the wonderful ambiance and service.

Classic Caesar salad with croutons and parmesan
