Many guests start out their Tuscany Italian dining experience with our captivating Carpaccio appetizer, featuring thinly sliced sirloin using capers, tomatoes, mushrooms, lemon, olive oil, arugula, endive, radicchio, and Parmigiano. The name of this Italian dish has quite a history, coming about for the first time in Venice around 1950 during a special exhibition for the famous Venetian painter Vittore Carpaccio, who characteristically used red and white tones in his artwork.
Our very popular and palate pleasing Pollo e Pancetta presents pan-seared farm-fresh chicken breasts and roasted potatoes combined with a delicious pancetta mushroom Marsala sauce.
Our savory and unique Salmon Asparagi entrée features fresh grilled salmon, crab, wild mushrooms, asparagus, sundried tomatoes, white wine, garlic, balsamic, and lemon. Our fabulous Fettuccine con Mais offers fresh fettuccine pasta with fresh, local sweet corn, Prosciutto di Parma (dry cured ham), farm fresh mushrooms, cracked black pepper, and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
Mushrooms bring such wonderful flavor to a variety of dishes that everyone enjoys. One of our favorites is a Mia Francesca Trattoria classic suggestion that comes with fresh morel mushrooms. These special mushrooms have an intense, nutty, and earthy flavor that is absolutely heavenly when accompanied with our beef entrees. Our full-flavored Filetto con Spugnole is a special blend of grilled beef tenderloin, fresh morel mushrooms, spring onions, potatoes, grilled asparagus, and herb butter.
