Here in the Capital City of Raleigh, our rustic Northern Italian restaurant is hosting its annual Brunch Buffet on Easter Sunday. Located in Midtown Raleigh, Mia Francesca is near the 440 Beltline and Six Forks nestled among elegant shops and boutiques in the heart of North Hills.

Our culinary team and our professional staff are pleased to announce that our delicious Easter Lunch and Brunch Menu will be offered from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday, April 5th. As always, we  offer farm fresh North Carolina grown items on our Easter menu that delights everyone who enjoys.  

Start your Easter Buffet with an array of our fresh made from scratch salads. Enjoy our locally popular Caesar Salad or our crisp Mixed Green Salad featuring our Meyer lemon vinaigrette. Our Caprese Salad contains vine ripe tomatoes, fresh farmhouse mozzarella, garden-fresh basil, and Italian olive oil.

Our delicious Smoked Salmon Display features our delicious Smoked Salmon, the smoothest of sieved eggs, capers, red onions, cream cheese, and house baked mini bagels. Everyone loves our Italian “Deviled Eggs” prepared just right with fresh basil, castelvetrano olives and paprika. Our Executive Chef Zack knows no one can eat just one!

Mia Francesca Trattoria presents two tender pasta dishes for our Easter Brunch as well. Our Pasta di Verdure comes with mixed fresh seasonal vegetables, penne pasta, tomato basil sauce, and parmigiano. Our Pasta Pollo Bianca features tender sliced chicken breast, penne pasta, Alfredo cream sauce, basil, and parmigiano.

Our mouth-watering and palate-pleasing Easter Sunday entrees include:

  • Salmon Carciofi: pan seared salmon, artichoke hearts, wild mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, cannellini beans, balsamic, lemon
  • Pollo Marsala: pan seared chicken breasts, wild mushrooms, Marsala wine, chicken jus
  • Lamb Shoulder: slow roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary, garlic, and lamb jus
  • Garlic and Thyme Marinated Prime Rib: sliced to order prime rib, horseradish cream, and natural jus

Many folks in the Triangle always order the sweet courses when they enjoy an afternoon or evening out, so we are calling out to all dessert lovers to enjoy the finest sweets at Mia Francesca Trattoria!

Our popular Tuscany Italian restaurant offers a wide and delicious array of desserts for every taste. We are conveniently located in Midtown Raleigh’s North Hills, just twenty minutes away from everything in the Triangle, and we would love a visit. Triangle Restaurant Week in Raleigh: Taste Northern Italian All Week Long

Triangle Restaurant Week is a great way for guests from across the Triangle to indulge in our wonderfully delicious authentic Italian cuisine. With lunch ($15) and dinner ($30) per person, our popular Tuscany Italian gourmet restaurant offers quite a value. (This does not include beverages, tax, or gratuity.) Again, this one-week celebration of culinary excellence starts tomorrow January 26 and lasts until February 1.

At Mia Francesca in Raleigh, we take great pride in having a true farm-to-table experience, serving only the freshest of ingredients. If you have never visited our Tuscany-influenced Trattoria, this is the perfect week. For the first course, diners can begin with a crisp Caesar salad or our Zuppa Minestrone soup featuring fresh winter vegetables or, at dinnertime; our Bruschette alla Romano with garlic toast, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and olive oil. All three are favorites here in Midtown Raleigh at North Hills.

While mingling with fellow guests at white linen tables, our second course will arrive in all of its tasty glory. Our professional kitchen staff, led by Executive and Iron Chef Zack VanGaasbeek, prepares everything with perfection in mind.

Mia Francesca offers five mouth-watering main course options for Triangle Restaurant Week (TRW):

  • Spaghetti Bolognese: beef, pork, and veal meatballs along with fresh herbs, tomato basil sauce, and Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Panino alla Parmigiano: breaded chicken breast topped with tomato basil sauce and mozzarella served on ciabatta (lunch)
  • Insalata di Cavolfior: roasted cauliflower, arugula, endive, radiccio, golden raisins, and pear-walnut vinaigrette (lunch)
  • Pollo alla Romano: roasted chicken breast with garlic, shallots, rosemary, lemon, olive oil and roasted potatoes (dinner)
  • Salmon Caponata : grilled salmon, eggplant, winter squash, currants, capers, fennel, olive oil (dinner)

Finally, finish your culinary experience with a divine dessert. Mia Francesca offers the Italian classic Tiramisu with ladyfingers soaked in espresso and rum with mascarpone cheese and cocoa. Alternatively, at dinner, guests can have our vanilla-mascarpone Cheesecake with graham cracker crumble topped with raspberry sauce and vanilla anglaise. A sweet ending to a pleasurable dining experience!

Finding the Best Desserts in the Triangle is Simply Divine

The following are four of our incredibly delectable desserts:

  • Affogato is our Illy Espresso, drowned in vanilla gelato and arrives tableside with Amaretti Biscotti (almond-flavored twice-baked oblong crunchy biscuits).
  • Apple Crostata (an Italian baked tart) comes with local farm fresh Granny Smith apples in a flaky pastry crust, served with warm vanilla gelato, caramel, and vanilla crème anglaise.
  • Duo of Cannolis (from the singular “canolo”) features a pistachio ricotta filling, chocolate chips, and pistachio orange brittle with a peanut butter mousse filling candied peanuts and raspberry agrodolce (sweet and sour sauce).
